Super delicious food and very friendly wait staff. It takes a little longer, but it's really worth it! Parking is not that easy either, but there are a few public parking spaces at the back of the gorge. LG Michel

Nice beer garden

We had reserved extra, but the space was given to people without a reservation ... Literal statement from the waitress: "They were there earlier than they were" ... Please what, somehow I didn't understand the meaning of a reservation ... well ... Until we did Drinks could order 30 min. ... again 30 min. later, we could finally order food, again 30 min. later the waitress comes and says: "Your food is only there once again!" That was it for us, we paid and went ... There are only two stars because the food is actually quite good, but the service and the waiting time are really the last ...

Very good as with nuts

Older eatery with a small beer garden. We were there with the Schlemmerblock and had previously reserved what to recommend. When we arrived were only 2 tables occupied but changed quickly. Unfortunately, the wait was quite long. 20 minutes until we were able to order drinks, after 30 minutes the drinks and food arrived after 75 minutes. Food was good. The service said that the kitchen help did not come. Otherwise we were served a bit hectic but friendly. Price ok.

Very restless place, rush without end. Service was very nice. We waited 2 hours for the food. BEER GARDEN 1 table not in order. From us no second visit !!!

Eating like mother's home! Loving and down to earth cuisine, the boss cooks herself, decent portions, no finished products. This distinguishes the vine in Klingenberg. And all at very normal prices. A wonderfully draft beer in the Steinkrug of the Schwind Brauerrei from Aschaffenburg Schweinhein completes every meal. For me an absolute recommendation!

Very good Franconian restaurant. We were with a total of 6 children and 5 adults to eat here and are thrilled. The salad crisp fresh, the main dish of madness. Kudos to the waitress, she kept the calm and the chaos among the children (4-11 years) very well done. There is also a wide selection of children's games and books. The food the hammer, we would have known earlier that there is such a good German cuisine nearby, we would have been here often and not miles driven. Here is worth every journey to Klingenberg. Stroll through the old town, discover the many beautiful galleries in the romantic streets, a visit to the beautiful Klingenburg, or a trip to the lock or Main - paired with the exquisite cuisine - always worth a visit. We will be back and look forward to the summer to sit under the vines in the "beer" garden. Bye for now.

The waiting times are long - the menu is manageable. But the food tastes great - the service is very friendly - the fresh bread and the cider are sensational - the ambience is quaint and comfortable - so we always like to come back

After a nice trip in the Odenwald we had a great meal here. The beer tasted good, the salad was crispy and pleasantly dressed, and the main courses were top notch. The service was friendly and was never long in coming. The food came quickly. Too bad that the garden was a bit overgrown at the time of our visit, you could do a lot more ...
